Ideal for new learners aiming to pass their driving test efficiently, especially those preferring automatic transmission. Who is this for? This package is perfect for complete beginners or those with minimal driving experience who are eager to obtain their UK driving license. Our focus on automatic transmission allows for a quicker learning curve, letting you concentrate on road awareness and hazard perception. How it Works: 1. Mandatory Initial Assessment Lesson (2 Hours): Your journey begins with a comprehensive 2-hour assessment. This allows me to evaluate your current driving aptitude, understand your learning style, and discuss your goals. Based on this, I will provide a personalized recommendation for the estimated number of core lessons (20, 30, or 40 hours) required to reach test standard. 2. Core Lessons (20, 30, 40 Hours or more): Structured lessons covering the full DVSA syllabus, designed to build your skills and confidence systematically. 3. Mock Test Preparation: As you approach test readiness, you will undergo at least one mandatory Mock Test (2 hours, £100), conducted under strict DVSA test conditions on actual test routes. This is crucial for familiarizing you with the test environment and identifying any areas needing further practice. Important Considerations & Risk Management: • Lesson Hour Adjustments: The initial assessment provides an estimate. Your actual progress may vary, and additional lessons might be recommended to ensure you meet the required standard for safety and test readiness. • Mock Test Prerequisite: To protect your safety and my ADI license, passing a Mock Test is a strict prerequisite for booking our Test Day Service. You must achieve a standard of fewer than 6 minor faults and no serious faults in your Mock Test for me to agree to provide the car for your practical driving test. • Test Day Service (£150): This service includes warm-up session immediately before your test and the use of the EC2 Drive vehicle for your practical driving test. This service will be refused if you have not passed your Mock Test to the required standard. This policy is in strict adherence to DVSA road safety guidelines. • No Pass Guarantee: While we strive for excellence, passing your driving test is ultimately dependent on your performance on the day. We do not offer a pass guarantee, but we guarantee to prepare you to the best of our ability.
Cancellation Policy
1. *Booking and Payment* - *Lesson Bookings:* All lessons must be booked in advance via our website or office. - *Payment:* Full payment is required at booking. - *Confirmation:* A confirmation email will be sent after payment. 2. *Cancellations and Rescheduling* - *Cancellation Policy:* Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the lesson are eligible for a proportional refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. - *Rescheduling:* Lessons can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the lesson without fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and may incur charges. 3. *Late Arrivals* - *Student Late Arrival:* If late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be given. - *Instructor Late Arrival:* If the instructor is late, the lesson will be extended, or a partial refund may be provided. 4. *Instructor and Vehicle Availability* - *Instructor:* We aim to provide a consistent instructor but cannot guarantee the same instructor for every lesson. - *Vehicle:* We reserve the right to change the vehicle used, ensuring it meets instructional standards. 5. *Student Requirements* - *License and Documentation:* Students must bring a valid learner's permit or driver's license to every lesson. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund. - *Health and Fitness:* Students must be fit to drive. Lessons will be canceled without a refund if the student is unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 6. *Safety and Conduct* - *Instructor's Authority:* The instructor may end the lesson if the student's driving poses a danger or if inappropriate behavior occurs. - *Traffic Laws:* Students must follow all traffic laws during lessons. 7. *Liability* - *Insurance:* Our vehicles are insured for instruction, but students are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred. - *Damage:* Students may be liable for repair costs if their negligence or violation of traffic laws causes damage. 8. *Privacy Policy* - *Data Collection:* We collect personal information for booking and conducting lessons, which will not be shared without consent. - *Usage:* By booking a lesson, students agree to our use of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any changes communicated via our website.
