Service Description
A compassionate and structured program for students who have previously failed tests, lost confidence, or had negative learning experiences. Who is this for? This package is designed for individuals who may be feeling anxious about driving, have previously failed their driving test, or found their past learning experiences unsuitable. We understand that rebuilding confidence is key to success. How it Works: 1. Initial Assessment Lesson (2 Hours): Your journey begins with a gentle, supportive 2-hour assessment. This allows me to understand your previous experiences, identify specific areas of anxiety or weakness, and assess your current skill level. We’ll discuss your goals and collaboratively design a tailored learning plan. 2. Tailored Course Length: Based on the assessment, a customized course length will be recommended. Some students may need to revisit fundamental skills, while others might benefit from an intensive refresher to prepare for a re-test. 3. Focus on Foundational Skills & Positive Reinforcement: Lessons will progress at your pace, focusing on building solid foundational skills, positive reinforcement, and strategies to manage driving anxiety. We break down complex tasks into manageable steps to ensure continuous progress and confidence building. Important Considerations & Risk Management: • Patience & Understanding: This package emphasizes a calm and supportive learning environment. Your progress will dictate the pace, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident at every stage. • Test Readiness Philosophy: Our priority is to ensure you are genuinely ready and confident before considering a re-test. We will work with you to overcome anxieties and build the necessary skills. The same Mock Test prerequisite (as Package A) applies before booking the Test Day Service, ensuring you are fully prepared and minimizing the risk of further test failures and potential impact on ADI performance. • Flexible Learning: We offer flexible lesson scheduling to accommodate your needs and ensure a comfortable learning experience.
Cancellation Policy
1. *Booking and Payment* - *Lesson Bookings:* All lessons must be booked in advance via our website or office. - *Payment:* Full payment is required at booking. - *Confirmation:* A confirmation email will be sent after payment. 2. *Cancellations and Rescheduling* - *Cancellation Policy:* Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the lesson are eligible for a proportional refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. - *Rescheduling:* Lessons can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the lesson without fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and may incur charges. 3. *Late Arrivals* - *Student Late Arrival:* If late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be given. - *Instructor Late Arrival:* If the instructor is late, the lesson will be extended, or a partial refund may be provided. 4. *Instructor and Vehicle Availability* - *Instructor:* We aim to provide a consistent instructor but cannot guarantee the same instructor for every lesson. - *Vehicle:* We reserve the right to change the vehicle used, ensuring it meets instructional standards. 5. *Student Requirements* - *License and Documentation:* Students must bring a valid learner's permit or driver's license to every lesson. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund. - *Health and Fitness:* Students must be fit to drive. Lessons will be canceled without a refund if the student is unwell or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 6. *Safety and Conduct* - *Instructor's Authority:* The instructor may end the lesson if the student's driving poses a danger or if inappropriate behavior occurs. - *Traffic Laws:* Students must follow all traffic laws during lessons. 7. *Liability* - *Insurance:* Our vehicles are insured for instruction, but students are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred. - *Damage:* Students may be liable for repair costs if their negligence or violation of traffic laws causes damage. 8. *Privacy Policy* - *Data Collection:* We collect personal information for booking and conducting lessons, which will not be shared without consent. - *Usage:* By booking a lesson, students agree to our use of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any changes communicated via our website.
